Sugar Reset Disclaimer: FDA Notice, Reviews and Lot Facts
Sugar Reset has not been evaluated or approved by the FDA, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, including diabetes. It is not a diabetes treatment; never stop or change prescribed medicine because of it. This site publishes no reviews. Lot SUG-26/SU-7651 and CoA SUG-7651-26-SU are draft references, not lab proof. This page gathers every disclaimer about Sugar Reset in one place.

FDA disclaimer
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Sugar Reset is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. This product is not FDA-approved. "Registered Facility," a seal shown on this site, means the factory is listed with the FDA. It does not mean the FDA reviewed or approved the product.
Dietary supplements are regulated differently from drugs in the United States. A company can sell a supplement without the FDA reviewing it for safety or effectiveness before it reaches the sales page. That is why we show the Sugar Reset label exactly as printed, and mark what the label leaves out, on our own Supplement Facts panel.
- Not FDA-approved
- Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease
- "Registered Facility" is a factory listing, not a product review
Not a diabetes treatment

Sugar Reset is not a diabetes treatment. The official sales page lists five support statements: promoting healthy insulin function, supporting balanced blood sugar levels, aiding carbohydrate metabolism, assisting healthy weight, and contributing to overall metabolic health. Those are the seller's own wording, not disease claims, and the front label makes a single, narrower claim: Promotes Metabolic Balance.
Never stop or change insulin, metformin, a sulfonylurea or any other prescribed medicine because you start this or any supplement. Gymnema and chromium in the blend may lower blood sugar on their own, so combining them with glucose-lowering medicine without a clinician's input can push blood sugar too low.
Readings that are very high, very low, or come with shaking, confusion, chest pain or trouble breathing need medical care, not a supplement. See our blood sugar basics guide for when a reading needs a clinician, and our buyer checklist for how to judge any blood sugar supplement, including this one, on its own evidence.
Doses and what they can support
The label's own numbers are part of this disclaimer. Chromium is printed at 0.7 mcg, while trials studying chromium for blood sugar used 200 to 1,000 mcg a day (Costello et al., 2016). The other 22 ingredients share one 200 mg blend with no amount printed for any single one, so a split-evenly estimate works out to roughly 9 mg each, far below the amounts used in gymnema, maca or ginseng research.
It does not mean the product is fake. It means no dose-based effect can be promised from this label, and we do not promise one. Full comparison on the ingredients page.
Earnings disclosure
This site earns money when you buy Sugar Reset through an order link, as an authorized-merchant commission. That financial relationship does not change the facts we report: we show the label, the sales page price and the weak spots, including the ones that make it harder to recommend without reservation.
- We earn a commission on purchases made through our order links
- This income does not change what the label or research actually says
- Where a fact is missing, such as the amount of each ingredient in the blend, we mark it "not published" instead of guessing
Some pages also link to other Sugar Reset pages, or to our own blog posts, so you can dig deeper into a single topic, such as proprietary blends. Those internal links earn us nothing extra; the commission only comes from a completed purchase through an order button.
Reviews disclaimer
This site shows no star score, no review count and no customer quote anywhere, including on this page and on our reviews page. The review figures supplied to us are marked as layout copy, not verified buyer feedback, so we could not confirm them against real orders and chose not to publish them.
We add no review schema markup to this site for that reason. If verified reviews become available, they will appear with their source named, and this disclaimer will be updated to match.
- No star rating, review count or quote appears anywhere on this site
- No review schema markup is added to any page
- This disclaimer will change if verified reviews are ever published
Seals disclaimer
The seals shown on this site and on the bottle, Registered Facility, GMP Certified, GMO Free and 60-Day Money Back, describe a claim the maker or seller makes. They do not mean a government agency or an independent lab endorses Sugar Reset.
| Seal | What it actually means |
|---|---|
| Registered Facility | The factory that makes the product is listed with the FDA. This is a facility listing, not a product approval. |
| GMP Certified | The plant says it follows Good Manufacturing Practice rules. No certificate number or facility name is published for us to check. |
| GMO Free | A non-GMO claim from the sales page. No certifying body is named. |
| 60-Day Money Back | A purchase policy from the sales page, not a health promise. The buyer pays return shipping. |
Lot and CoA disclaimer
The lot number printed on the sample bottle, SUG-26/SU-7651, and the CoA reference, SUG-7651-26-SU, are draft references we use to describe the batch shown in the label photo. They are not a certificate of analysis we have reviewed from an independent lab, and they are not proof of what is actually inside any specific bottle you receive.
If you want to match a bottle you ordered to a lot, use our batch check page or write through the BuyGoods order desk with your order ID. That can confirm which batch shipped to you; it does not confirm independent lab testing of that batch's contents.
We use the words "draft reference" on purpose. A real certificate of analysis, from an accredited lab, would name the lab, the test method and the exact results for that batch. We have not been given that document, so we do not present the lot or CoA numbers as lab-verified purity or potency.
Research disclaimer
Study citations on this site, such as those on our ingredients page, describe what published research found about an ingredient in general, not about Sugar Reset as a finished product. Sugar Reset itself has not been the subject of a published clinical trial that we found.
For example, a 2003 systematic review found gymnema among herbs with positive preliminary results on glycemic outcomes, but called the overall evidence insufficient for firm conclusions (Yeh et al., 2003). That is the direct research behind gymnema's reputation, and it does not confirm the sales page's support statements for this specific blend, where gymnema's amount is not printed.
- Citations describe an ingredient in general, not this specific product
- Sugar Reset itself has not been clinically studied, as far as we could find
- A study finding does not carry over automatically to a different dose or a different formula
Interactions disclaimer
Two facts from the label deserve their own line here, separate from the reviews and dose discussion above.
Gymnema and chromium may lower blood sugar on their own; taken with insulin, metformin, a sulfonylurea or similar medicine, that combination can cause hypoglycemia (Marakis et al., 2018). The blend also contains grapefruit extract, which can change how the body clears many prescription medicines, and monoammonium glycyrrhizinate, a licorice compound linked to raised blood pressure and lowered potassium with regular use. Concentrated green tea extract carries its own liver-injury reports (LiverTox (National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases), 2023). Full detail: Sugar Reset side effects.
When to see a doctor before trying Sugar Reset
Sugar Reset is a dietary supplement, not a treatment for diabetes, prediabetes or any other condition, and it does not replace a medicine you have been prescribed. Adults 18 and over only.
Diabetes medicines and low blood sugar
If you take insulin, metformin, a sulfonylurea or another glucose-lowering drug, the gymnema, chromium and Panax ginseng in the blend can add to its effect. The result can be hypoglycemia: shakiness, sweating, confusion, hunger or a fast heartbeat. Ask the prescriber before the first dropper and never change a dose on your own. Sources: NIDDK, low blood glucose and NCCIH, diabetes and dietary supplements.
A1C and glucose testing
Keep every A1C test and every finger-stick or sensor check your clinician has scheduled. A supplement cannot tell you whether your average glucose has changed; an A1C test can, and your care plan depends on it. Sources: MedlinePlus, A1C test and NIDDK, the A1C test and diabetes.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
The label asks pregnant or nursing mothers to consult a physician before use. Blood sugar in pregnancy, including gestational diabetes, is managed by a care team, and multi-herb blends like this one have little safety data in pregnancy. Source: NIDDK, gestational diabetes.
Your prescriptions come first
Sugar Reset does not replace insulin, metformin or any other prescribed treatment, and stopping or lowering one on your own can be dangerous. Bring the bottle or a photo of the panel to the clinician or pharmacist who manages your medicines. Sources: NIDDK, insulin and other diabetes treatments and MedlinePlus, diabetes medicines.
Blood pressure, potassium and grapefruit warnings
The blend contains monoammonium glycyrrhizinate, a licorice compound that can raise blood pressure and lower potassium with regular use, and grapefruit extract, which changes how some medicines are broken down. Sources: NCCIH, licorice root and FDA, grapefruit and medicines.
If something goes wrong
Stop the drops and call your doctor. Signs of low blood sugar, dark urine, yellowing skin or eyes, a racing heart or a jump in blood pressure all deserve a call. A serious reaction can be reported to the FDA through MedWatch, whether or not you also contact the seller.
Living with diabetes or prediabetes, or taking a medicine that lowers glucose? Speak with the prescriber who manages it before the first dropper, and keep testing on your usual schedule.
Disclaimer: common questions
Is Sugar Reset FDA-approved?
No. It is not FDA-approved. "Registered Facility" only means the factory is listed with the FDA, which does not evaluate dietary supplements before sale.
Does Sugar Reset treat or cure diabetes?
No. It is a dietary supplement, not a treatment. Never stop or change prescribed diabetes medicine because of it.
Are there Sugar Reset reviews on this site?
No. This site publishes no star score, review count or quote anywhere, because the figures we were given could not be verified against real orders.
Are the lot number and CoA proof of lab testing?
No. Lot SUG-26/SU-7651 and CoA SUG-7651-26-SU are draft references we use to describe the sample bottle, not a certificate we have reviewed from an independent lab.
Can I take Sugar Reset with diabetes medicine?
Ask your clinician first. Gymnema and chromium in the blend may lower blood sugar, which can add to what your medicine already does.
Does this site earn money from sales?
Yes, as an authorized-merchant commission. That does not change what the label or research says.
Why does the blend's dose matter?
The 200 mg blend holds 22 ingredients with no individual amount printed, so a split-evenly estimate is far below doses used in most of the underlying research.
Is this page medical advice?
No. It is general information. See a clinician for medical advice specific to you.
